I was born and raised in Missoula, which gave me a strong passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.  At a very young age I was exposed to the leisure and business travel business while working in my family’s Hertz business.  After completing my undergraduate work at Gustavus Adolphus College, I moved to Seattle, Washington to further my career in the leisure and hospitality industry.  I have had the pleasure of working for diverse range of cruise companies in my career, from a smaller family-owned company, Argosy Cruises, which offers sightseeing and specialty cruises, to the fast-paced corporate structure of the Holland America Line, which offers guests vacation packages around the world.

I always dreamed of returning to Montana and bringing my knowledge and experiences to my family’s business and community.  In 2011 that dream became a reality.  After completing my MBA at the University of Montana I rejoined the family business.

My dream car is the Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible from the Hertz Adrenaline Collection
